Salaried Positions:

Logistics Manager 

  • Direct and oversee daily logistics operations and shipping schedules, including hourly personnel management at our new advanced materials / composites manufacturing facilities; manage the shipment and receipt of goods at the site to ensure safety, efficacy and internal /external customer satisfaction; provide support to and act as backup for the Distribution Coordinator, Stock Control Administrator and Logistics Site Lead, as needed. 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain or related field, preferred; 5+ years’ relevant, professional experience in logistics and supply chain, including a management role; experience in a manufacturing / production setting (advanced materials / composites background, highly preferable); working knowledge SAP ERP / MRP systems.

Process / Project Engineer

  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify, specify and secure new technologies, processes and equipment to improve the company’s business capabilities; devise and establish methods, routings and manufacturing procedures; prepare operations planning sheets for production and prototype parts; review and update, as necessary; utilize CAD software to develop drawings and models for new parts and systems, according to customer design requests / requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical field, required; 3+ years’ professional process / project engineering experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in a highly regulated industry (aerospace, aviation, advanced materials / composites), very preferable; background spearheading, leading and managing projects, desirable; proficiency in CAD software, required (Catia, preferred).

Quality Engineer

  • Work closely with the Quality Manager to oversee the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) at our new advanced materials / composites manufacturing facilities; assist with site’s QMS management review processes; continually strive to drive continuous improvement to meet or exceed quality, health, safety and environmental (HSE) goals and ensure consistent compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical field, required; 3+ years’ professional experience in quality and process engineering in a manufacturing environment; highly regulated industry (aerospace, aviation, advanced materials / composites), highly preferable.

Planner / Buyer 

  • Direct and oversee site planning activities for our new advanced materials / composites manufacturing facilities; work to optimize sourcing and purchasing of raw materials and equipment to meet production requirements; work to enhance distribution, logistics and supply chain management, processes and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field, preferred; 3+ years’ relevant, professional experience in planning management, purchasing, supply chain and logistics; experience sourcing and purchasing materials and equipment for manufacturing and production purposes (advanced materials / composites background, highly preferable).

Global Procurement Specialist 

  • Oversee direct and indirect global procurement processes on multiple projects, often concurrently, in an advanced materials / composites manufacturing setting; work directly with contractors, vendors and suppliers to resolve issues regarding contract terms and conditions, purchasing, accounts payable, product quality, cost and availability.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or relevant field, preferred; 7+ years’ professional purchasing / procurement experience in a manufacturing environment, including success in a leadership role; deep understanding of sales, marketing, distribution and supply chain principals, systems and best practices.

Engineering Manager 

  • Direct and develop the engineering team; coordinating and exercising authority for planning, organization, leadership and completion of engineering projects at our new advanced materials / composites manufacturing facilities; create and coordinate programs and activities to achieve a timely resolution of manufacturing problems and new process launches.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing technology, business operations or related field, required (master’s degree or MBA, a plus); 5+ years’ relevant, professional experience in an engineering management role (advanced materials / composites manufacturing background, highly preferable).

Hourly Positions:

Multiple positions available. Requirements, responsibilites and compensation will vary accordingly.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

  • Support facility activities surrounding the receipt, shipment, storage and distribution of products, parts and materials; manage the loading, unloading, storage and movement of inventory according to delivery and routing documentation and instructions; utilize SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to perform transactions, label printing and more.
  • High school diploma or GED, required; professional shipping & receiving experience in a manufacturing setting, highly preferable; ability to safely and efficiently stack materials using a hand truck and forklift; must perform well under tight deadlines and be able to adapt to changing priorities quickly and effectively.

Logistics Specialist

  • Assist with the development of daily logistics operations and shipping schedules at our new advanced materials / composites manufacturing facilities; help manage the shipment and receipt of goods at the site to ensure safety, efficacy and internal /external customer satisfaction.
  • Training, certification and/or degree in business, operations, supply chain or related field, a plus; 2+ years’ relevant, professional experience in logistics and supply chain operations; experience in a manufacturing / production setting (advanced materials / composites background, highly preferable).

Quality Inspector / Technician 

  • Conduct regular in-process and final inspections to ensure materials, packaging, labeling and quality documentation conform with internal requirements and customer requests; utilize visual inspections, various measurements and appropriate tests to assure materials and work meet such standards.
  • High school diploma or GED, required; associate’s degree, completion of trade school program or professional certification in relevant field, a plus; 1+ years’ professional experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.

Conversion Technician

  • Set up work area with required tools, patterns and materials; construct templates and fixtures required to complete assemblies; use measuring equipment to accurately fabricate and assemble plastic sheeting products.
  • High school diploma or GED, required; associate’s degree, completion of trade school program or professional certification in a relevant field, a plus; experience in a manufacturing environment.

Machine Operator

  • Daily maintenance and operation of various types of equipment (slitters, hot knife, perforators, unfolders, etc.); update daily machining and equipment maintenance and repair log; oiling, greasing and inspecting machines to assure they are working properly.
  • High school diploma or GED, required; associate’s degree, completion of trade school program or professional certification in a relevant field, a plus; solid computer skills; experience in a machine shop / manufacturing environment.

Kitting Technician

  • Order pulling; arranging work orders; pulling correct patterns with updated revision numbers to match the production work order; operation and maintenance of Vert-rod sealer machines; organizing and maintaining inventory; conduct cycle counts; review completed work order to ensure material consumption is correct.
  • High school diploma or GED, required; associate’s degree, completion of trade school program or professional certification in a relevant field, a plus; experience in a manufacturing environment.
