He has written SOP’s, and programmed PLC and CNC machinery. In addition, he has led teams and production schedules. This man really is a jack of all trades! He has excellent communication skills and presents himself professionally. He has worked through staffing agencies on a temporary basis, and is very eager to find a permanent position with an employer who will fully utilize his diverse skillset.

This skilled Process Engineer has worked on many different production lines, including polymer, fiberglass, plastic, and nuclear materials. He is a trainer and mentor; he loves helping his team learn how to troubleshoot and find fixes that help with process improvement. He has worked with budgeting, quoting equipment, and setting up brand-new production floors. He has worked in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and more. This engineer is actively looking. He lives in Idaho but would love to move to Utah.

He has 12 years of professional experience, primarily within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries - including extensive experience with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and familiarity with GD&T and SPC. He’s data-driven, trained in Lean Six Sigma, and has experience successfully implementing Lean tools and methodologies. He also has great communication/interpersonal skills and enjoys coaching, mentoring and bringing people together. He is a continuous learner and an empowering leader, managing up to 3 direct reports at a time and leading cross functional teams.
