It’s that time of year! Time for the obligatory Thanksgiving message! You’re starting to see them in your inbox and on social media feeds. You may even receive physical cards from your company or contacts. If you’re really lucky, you'll be presented with everyone’s favorite frozen token of gratitude – the turkey. Although, with inflation as it is and a recession on the horizon, poultry (and recruiting) budgets are often the first to be cut.

I cannot tell you that we’re sending out turkeys to all our partners but I can honestly tell you that, of all the professional “thank yous” you receive this time of year, ours will be the most sincere. Partly because we are incredibly kind, thoughtful, appreciative, and modest people year-round, but also because, for our company, success is tied directly to the success of our candidates and clients. It just doesn’t work unless you work with us.

So, thank you, deeply and genuinely, for working with us. Thank you for taking a chance on us. Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for building relationships with us. We hope they continue to be fruitful for years to come and we’ll be here any time you need help advancing your career or elevating your business.
