Requirements & Responsibilities of the District Manager :
- 7+ years of heavy industrial experience, preferably in a field service, consulting, or construction trade environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Mechanical aptitude. Engineering background, preferred.
- Customer service focus.
- Strong problem-solving, strategy, and sales abilities.
- Exceptional ambition and organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Run a stand-alone division of the business encompassing sales, operations, and other business functions for multiple states.

Sales Engineer
Sales Engineer
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Reports to: Director of Sales
Compensation: $85K - $110K + plus bonus
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Sales Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Plastics, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in plastics, injection molding, manufacturing, sales, engineering, business development, and/or customer management.
- Deep understanding of plastics and plastic injection molding processes.
- Ability to travel to tradeshows and customer sites.
- Strong project management and design process flow skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare technical written proposals, layout drawings, and cost estimates for customers.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering team.
- Plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands.
- Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Chemical Process Engineer
Chemical Process Engineer
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Reports to: CEO
Compensation: $70K - $100K
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Chemical Process Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field required
- Prefer 3+ years of experience as a chemist and/or chemical engineer in a laboratory setting
- Bring a strong foundation of transitioning compounds from lab creation to commercial production
- Proven ability to scale reactions and products to larger quantities for production
- Strong knowledge of chemistry processes and engineering principles
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Experience building diagrams, flowcharts, and other documents and utilizing modeling/simulation software
- Knowledge of federal regulations and a desire to support and maintain them in the work environment
- Continuous improvement mindset to improve existing processes to reduce cost and increase reliability, purity, and safety
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving to find solutions for technical challenges
- Developing synthetic plans, and designing and running test experiments for large-scale use
- Experience working with flow chemistry setup
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Control Systems Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in circuit design and programming, including familiarity with industrial controls, processing, and/or machine building.
- Strong PLC programming ability (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), including C languages and a base understanding of Ladder Logic.
- Understanding of circuit design, power distribution (up to 480VAC), load balancing, motion controllers, and servo motors.
- Ability to read technical documentation and understand how components work together both technically and environmentally.
- Exposure to Solidworks Electrical, highly preferred.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel to customer sites 25% of the time.
- Design and engineer electrical control systems and machines based on customer specifications.
- Create and edit electrical control system schematics.
- Create a Bill-Of-Material of electrical and enclosure components.
- Document processes and engineering data.
- Work closely with service personnel to troubleshoot machines and play an active role in the continuous improvement of electromechanical system designs.
