Reports to: Project Manager
Compensation: $100-120K

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, including production line operations, optimizations, and project management.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Help create and maintain process flow maps, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPS).
- Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team and cross-functionally with other engineering groups.

Location: West Jordan, UT
Work Structure: 100% Onsite
Compensation: $80K - $100K DOE
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Financial Accountant:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3+ YOE in general ledger (G&L) accounting, month-ends, payroll, month-end, A/P, A/R, cash flow, bank & inventory reconciliations, budgets, forecasting, quarterly payroll taxes, etc.
- Experience with IQMS or equivalent ERP system
- Strong understanding of analysis and cost accounting manufacturing variances
- Self-starter who will thrive as a financial athlete working on an international scale and scope.
- Prioritize, adapt, and pivot quickly when needed while applying a strong work ethic toward various daily accounting, costing, and financial projects!
- Detail-obsessed accounting task execution!
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities. (Bilingual – Spanish/English a plus!)

Compensation: $75K-$85K+ plus bonus (not a commissioned based role)
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Sales Support Engineer (sales support role):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field, highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales support, sales engineering, and quoting.
- Work with new and existing customers on new packaging designs (required)
- Thorough understanding of the principles of cost in a manufacturing environment
- Exceptional customer relations and project management skills.
- AutoCAD & SOLIDWORKS experience preferred.
- Strong background with ERP (IQMS is a plus) and quoting systems.
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, organization, exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Background in thermoforming and form-fill-seal packaging.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the QA Tech:
- Responsible for reviewing items received from vendors for compliance with specifications, and quality assurance technical support of operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Inspect purchased and internally manufactured products for specified requirements, critical dimensions, completeness, transit damage, and customer compliance.
- Perform First Article Inspection of purchased product.
- Evaluate returned material for compliance with specifications
- Enter Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) into SAP, making certain that information is accurately conveyed to all departments. Work with engineers to determine disposition. Lead corrective actions for problems when required.
- Use a variety of gauges and QA tools to perform product inspections, including calipers, micrometers, tape measures, durometer testers, Brinell hardness testers, and many more. [Training for these will be provided.]
- High school diploma/GED.
- Experience as an inspector and/or working knowledge of machining, welding, strongly preferred. ASQ or CIQ certifications are a plus.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex engineering drawings and related technical documentation.
- The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently required to lift up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and color vision as well as the ability to adjust focus.
