Document Control Specialist

Reports to: Document Control Manager

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Responsibilities of the Document Control Specialist:

  • Develop, review, track, reformat, update, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) documentation in accordance with set requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity of all tracking and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve upon document control processes, procedures and programs.

Qualifications of the Document Control Specialist:

  • Technical training and/or on the job experience in clerical, administrative, tracking, document control, or relevant field.
  • 2+ years’ relevant, professional experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, problem-solving, multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Capacity to create a streamlined and efficient structure to your workflow while interfacing with several internal and external company contacts
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Fluid in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
