Requirements & Responsibilities of the Warehouse Logistics Supervisor:  

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, preferred.
• 5+ years’ professional warehouse / logistics experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse and production processes, including health and safety laws, regulations, and policies with solid, proven management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication capabilities. 
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 
• Coordinate activities among departments and collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, and Plant Management.
• Evaluate and analyze warehouse data for process improvement; Identify and correct problems and inefficiencies in processes, materials, equipment, or skills.
• Inspect finished goods regularly for quality and defects, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Help hire, train, schedule and oversee warehouse employees in coordination with Human Resources.
• Provide constructive performance evaluations for direct reports; handle discipline and termination of employees as per company policy.
• Participate in and facilitate continuous improvement activities and training.

Vice President of Sales and Marketing 

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Reports to: President  

Compensation: $250K - $300K+  

Requirements & Responsibilities of the VP of Sales & Marketing:  

• Bachelor of Science in business administration or engineering, MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of sales experience, preferrable in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting.
• Exceptional leadership skills and management experience. Ability to mentor and hold team accountable.
• Deep understanding of and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, Google ads, etc.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.

Financial Accountant (Manufacturing)

Location: West Jordan, UT

Work Structure: 100% Onsite

Compensation: $80K - $100K DOE

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Financial Accountant:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ YOE in general ledger (G&L) accounting, month-ends, payroll, month-end, A/P, A/R, cash flow, bank & inventory reconciliations, budgets, forecasting, quarterly payroll taxes, etc.
• Experience with IQMS or equivalent ERP system
• Strong understanding of analysis and cost accounting manufacturing variances
• Self-starter who will thrive as a financial athlete working on an international scale and scope.
• Prioritize, adapt, and pivot quickly when needed while applying a strong work ethic toward various daily accounting, costing, and financial projects!
• Detail-obsessed accounting task execution!

Compensation: $120K - $140K, DOE

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Quality Manager:  

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical science, or relevant field.
• 5+ years’ professional experience in a quality management role within a highly regulated industry (aerospace, advanced materials / composites manufacturing, preferred). 
• Deep understanding of quality systems, AS9100 / ISO 9001 requirements. 
• Experience facilitating and conducting internal and external quality and regulatory audits. 
• Experience with Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement principles and methodologies, including kaizen leadership and change management.  
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication capabilities.

• Direct and oversee the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) at our new advanced materials / composites manufacturing facilities; drive the site’s QMS management review processes.

Machinist 

Location: Ogden, UT

Reports to: Operations Manager  

Compensation: $25 - $35/Hour 

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift positions available 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Machinist:  

• 5+ years of machinist experience – programming and setting up CNC mills and lathes
• Experience working 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC milling and turning machines
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision inspection equipment
• Ability to set up, operate and maintain machines
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Dedication to safety and quality
• Thrive in working with a high variety of parts
• Degree in CNC Machining Technology, machinist certification, or machinist apprenticeship completion preferred, but not required
• Experience working with FeatureCAM programming preferred
