Requirements & Responsibilities of the District Manager :
- 7+ years of heavy industrial experience, preferably in a field service, consulting, or construction trade environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Mechanical aptitude. Engineering background, preferred.
- Customer service focus.
- Strong problem-solving, strategy, and sales abilities.
- Exceptional ambition and organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting. Master’s degree and CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing accounting teams.
- Cost accounting and ERP system (MS Business Central 365, D365, or other SaaS-based system) experience highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to provide strategic financial support to upper management.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Manage accounting staff, including training team, directing duties, and conducting performance reviews.
- Manage the general ledger and perform month and year-end closings, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

- Provide financial analysis and reporting support to other departments.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Strategic Sourcing Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience in a machine shop or aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable ability to identify and vet new suppliers, build strong vendor relations, and negotiate contracts.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a tenacious, self-driven approach.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and a deep understanding of ERP systems.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.

- Establish preferred supplier selection criteria based on price, quality, delivery, and compliance.

Senior Millwork & Cabinet Engineer
Location: Draper, UT
Reports to: President
Compensation: $80 - $100K
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Senior Millwork & Cabinet Engineer:
- 5+ years experience in millwork and cabinet drafting, design, and engineering
- Degree or certification in engineering, architecture, drafting & design, or related field highly preferred
- Outstanding proficiency in Cabinet Vision and CAD software is a must
- Ability to lead and direct team members to produce exceptional designs that continue to drive innovation and exceed our customers’ highest expectations
- Strong experience producing drawings, bills of materials, NC code generation, and other details for effective production
- Ability to create nesting programs for CNC machining to reduce waste and maximize yield, as well as produce CNC output for shop production
- Excellent communication and collaboration ability to work with shop leaders, project managers, external customers, and vendors
- High level of attention to detail with a passion for design
- Knowledge of domestic and exotic wood species
- Adept at reading and translating blueprints, drawings, and jobsite measurements
- Substantial knowledge of cabinet design, construction, and installation methods
- Drive for continual improvement in design, processes, and production methods
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO, etc. certification experience highly preferred
