Requirements & Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:
- 5+ years of successful business development experience.
- Familiarity with the oil and gas industry in Utah.
- Experience with community engagement initiatives, education, advocacy, and government affairs.
- Demonstrable ability to strategically plan and implement membership prospect strategy.
- Strong event planning and execution skills.
- Exceptional ability to identify new opportunities, prioritize, and adapt in a consistently evolving environment.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Personable, persistent, and persuasive.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Develop strategic plans to grow membership base, raise sponsorship revenue, and increase member engagement.
- Effectively articulate the association's value to a variety of different types of companies, including regular communication about policy and advocacy initiatives.
- Plan and execute membership networking opportunities and events.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineer position.

Familiarity with various continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Theory of Constraints, and Kaizen.

Experience with AutoCAD Inventor and Siemens NX.

Tool design and CNC programming experience a plus.

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Compensation: $80K - $100K
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Strategic Sourcing Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience in a machine shop or aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable ability to identify and vet new suppliers, build strong vendor relations, and negotiate contracts.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a tenacious, self-driven approach.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and a deep understanding of ERP systems.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Establish preferred supplier selection criteria based on price, quality, delivery, and compliance.
- Monitor industry trends, analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and prepare reports as needed.

Compensation: $120 - $140K + Bonus
Requirements & Responsibilities of HR Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within a manufacturing or related environment
- Strong ability to connect with workforce, manage employee relations, and build relationships with a foundation of trust
- Provide support and guidance to managers and leadership in regard to employee development, discipline, and coaching
- Support strategic approach within the organization
- Oversee benefits programs, enrollment, auditing, and compliance
- Manage, administer, and ensure compliance within all HR functions/programs including FMLA, ADA, DOL, HIPAA, state and federal laws, etc.
- Demonstrates ethical behavior and consistency while helping the business achieve success
- Experience with payroll and HRIS systems – interstate payroll and employment experience highly preferred
- PHR, SPHR, or HRCI certification highly preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

- 3-5 years of solid experience in human resources roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field required
- Strong foundational knowledge of human resource operations
- Champion for culture and employee relations with a passion for building the brand into the culture
- Knowledge and experience developing management tools within the organization including job descriptions, KPIs, evaluation tools, documentation tools, etc.
- Experience with payroll processing and time keeping
- Ability to design, revise, and implement policies, practices, and procedures – driving the adoption and implementation of best practice HR management
- Oversee maintenance of employee records, benefits, and workers compensation claims
- Advise leaders on employee relations, performance improvement, terminations, exit interviews, etc.
- Bring a foundation of recruiting and talent acquisition experience
- Working knowledge of US and Utah employment laws
- Outstanding communication – both written and verbal
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
- Bilingual – English/Spanish is desired, but not required
