Electrical Hardware Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing)

Responsibilities of the Electrical Hardware Engineer:      

  • Help develop, implement and manage innovative solutions to enhance hardware/electronics development processes and products.
  • Collaborate with staff engineers, maintaining and developing board-level electronics in accordance with technology and product roadmaps.
  • Work with project managers to produce detailed work plans for features, releases, iterations, etc., throughout the product development lifecycle, to ensure delivery of quality products within scope and budget.

Qualifications of the Electrical Hardware Engineer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related technical field, preferred.
  • 5+ years’ relevant, professional experience in engineering and product development (consumer electronics background, highly preferable).
  • Proficiency in Altium design software and tools.
  • Experience with board-level electronics design, including schematic capture and PCB layout, analysis, verification, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with low and high-power conversion electronics design; analog and digital circuit design; 
  • Soft skills (hard requirements): self-starter, independence, organization, and the desire to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
