Reports to: Senior Facilities and Maintenance Manager
Compensation: $30 - 40/Hour
Do you have professional experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical and HVAC systems as well as equipment installation and general repairs? Requirements & Responsibilities of the Assistant Facilities Manager:
- 2+ years of facility maintenance experience and/or training.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Respirator, Forklift and Scissor Lift certification, preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with 480V electrical panels, HVAC maintenance, and various mechanical related repairs.
- Strong troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive work ethic and demonstrable follow-through.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Perform general facilities maintenance and service to support day-to-day operations, including electrical/lighting repairs, HVAC repairs, general cleaning/organizing, painting, and installation/replacement of floors, stairs, piping, walls, etc.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of operations management experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional leadership/coaching skills with a proven track record of proactively managing supervisors and large production teams.
- Strong analytical skills, reliability, professional demeanor, and business acumen to successfully identify, implement, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation: $75 - $90K
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Construction Estimator:
- 10+ years of construction experience, 5+ years of estimating and take-off experience
- Exceptional knowledge of estimating and takeoff techniques
- Proven ability to provide accurate, cost-effective bids quickly with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient user of Planswift or other estimating software platforms
- Experience doing full plan takeoffs for exteriors, drywall, facades, or masonry
- Ability to travel to job sites or client sites as needed
- Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work, prepare quality takeoffs, and generate proposal packages for client company
- Experience bidding large scale projects up to $10M
- Identify opportunities to increase and improve revenue on bid projects
- Effective and professional communication with internal team and clients
- Consistent drive for quality, integrity, and safety in all work

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Control Systems Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in circuit design and programming, including familiarity with industrial controls, processing, and/or machine building.
- Strong PLC programming ability (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), including C languages and a base understanding of Ladder Logic.
- Understanding of circuit design, power distribution (up to 480VAC), load balancing, motion controllers, and servo motors.
- Ability to read technical documentation and understand how components work together both technically and environmentally.
- Exposure to Solidworks Electrical, highly preferred.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel to customer sites 25% of the time.
- Design and engineer electrical control systems and machines based on customer specifications.
- Create and edit electrical control system schematics.
- Create a Bill-Of-Material of electrical and enclosure components.
- Document processes and engineering data.
- Work closely with service personnel to troubleshoot machines and play an active role in the continuous improvement of electromechanical system designs.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Machinist:
- 5+ years of machinist experience – programming and setting up CNC mills and lathes
- Experience working 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC milling and turning machines
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision inspection equipment
- Ability to set up, operate and maintain machines
