Director of International Sales

Compensation: $150 - $180K + Bonus 

   

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Director of International Sales:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years work experience in sales – preferably with high price point consumer goods, technical products, or hard goods
  • 3+ years of team management and leadership experience with a desire to develop and mentor others
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a network of distribution partners focused in Europe and APAC regions
  • Expertise working with sales operations and analytics bringing a detailed and analytical approach to decision-makingmaking
  • Ability to build relationships and improve positioning with distribution partners
  • Track record of growing business and increasing revenue through developing markets, channels, and overall product sales
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making ability

Operations Supervisor  

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Reports to: Operations Manager 

Compensation: $90K - $120K 

Schedule: 6 PM – 6 AM (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) 

 

There once was an important project that EVERYBODY was sure SOMEBODY would handle. ANYBODY could have done it, but NOBODY did. SOMEBODY got upset because it was EVERYBODY'S job. Requirements & Responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor:  

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment.
  • Exposure to batching/filling and packaging in food/beverage, pharmaceutical, or similar industry.
  • Experience managing teams of 15+; demonstrable ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other production management, quality and warehouse teams.
  • Directly manage 15-20 employees, providing proactive and reliable supervision and overseeing the daily activities of the department in conjunction with other shift supervisors.
  • Ensure efficient operation of processing equipment to achieve both quality and conformity of finished products.
  • Review production orders to establish priorities, plan operational schedules, and coordinate manufacturing activities.
  • Inspect equipment for optimal utilization and safety.
  • Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Control Systems Engineer:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in circuit design and programming, including familiarity with industrial controls, processing, and/or machine building. 
  • Strong PLC programming ability (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), including C languages and a base understanding of Ladder Logic.
  • Understanding of circuit design, power distribution (up to 480VAC), load balancing, motion controllers, and servo motors.  
  • Ability to read technical documentation and understand how components work together both technically and environmentally.  
  • Exposure to Solidworks Electrical, highly preferred.  
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.

  • Ability to travel to customer sites 25% of the time.  
  • Design and engineer electrical control systems and machines based on customer specifications. 
  • Create and edit electrical control system schematics.

  • Work closely with service personnel to troubleshoot machines and play an active role in the continuous improvement of electromechanical system designs.
