Requirements & Responsibilities of the Senior Machinist:
- 10+ years of machinist experience – programming and setting up CNC mills and lathes
- Experience working 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC milling and turning machines
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision inspection equipment
- Ability to set up, operate and maintain machines
- Skilled at creating CNC programs as needed

Compensation: $30 - $40/Hour
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Maintnenace Technician:
- Diagnose trouble, plan, and perform all operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, and dismantle various types of complex manufacturing and support equipment—with a special focus on advanced troubleshooting on control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, and PLCs on complex high-speed packaging lines.
- Perform and train production on preventive maintenance and other proactive activities to monitor and maintain equipment condition.
- Coordinate with other technicians, production personnel, engineering, management, and other stakeholders to communicate and plan maintenance activities.
- Identify opportunities for maintenance or process improvement and drive recommendations to implementation or resolution.
- Complete or assist with special projects as directed.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
- Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering and or equivalent experience required.
- 5 Years’ experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical/controls/PLC systems and proficient understanding of Allen-Bradley industrial networks, including but not limited to Device net).
- Experience with variable speed and servo drive programming and function (prefer Allen-Bradley).
- Possess a good understanding of computer and industrial networks.
- Ability to read, understands, and follow complex instructions, prints, and schematics.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Mechanical Design Engineer:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in processing, mining, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic product design skills. Experience with pumps and/or rotational machinery, preferred.
- Deep understanding of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA).
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) expertise.
- Familiarity of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Design for new product development and legacy product enhancement, leading prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
- Perform and document design calculations and risk assessments.
- Provide through-life technical support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally as well as externally with sub-contracted engineers and vendors.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Bilingual Welding Cell Supervisor:
- Ensure a safe working environment for employees
- Planning, scheduling, and staffing of the department
- Train new employees and evaluate personnel to company expectations
- Hold team members accountable for their tasks, and discipline when necessary
- Train employees in the use of machinery, jigs, and fixtures, and ineffective assembly of the product
- Monitor production schedule to meet shipping requirements
- Develop processes and procedures for training and process improvement
- Monitor finished product to meet quality standards
- Coordinate material utilization to reduce scrap cost
- Inspecting grooves, angles, or gap allowances using micrometer, caliper, and precision measuring instruments
- Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations
- Capable of laying out, parts, positions, and assemblies according to specifications using straightedge, combination square, calipers, and rulers
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
