Location: Salt Lake City, UT (100% On-site)
Reports to: Plant Manager
Responsibilities & Requirements of the Welding Supervisor:
· Promote safety as a number one priority for all employees in all processes
· 5+ years’ experience with MIG welding, prefer AWS certification, 1+ years’ experience in a lead or supervisory role
· Assign work according to production schedule and ensure projects are completed to meet ship schedule

· Able to assist with weld production as needed including layout, reading schematics and prints, assembly, and inspection
· Great leadership and communication skills
· Ability to lift 50 pounds and wear PPE as required
· Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
