Office Manager  

Location: Ogden, UT

Reports to: General Manager 

Compensation: $50K - $60K 

We’re in need of a dynamic OFFICE MANAGER to optimize customer and vendor relations. An enthusiastic individual who knows the way, shows the way, and goes the way. Requirements & Responsibilities of the Office Manager:  

• 5+ years of office management experience, including 2+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills.
• Warehouse management software familiarity.
• Demonstrable ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Reliable, versatile, and flexible.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Directly supervise office personnel, ensuring proper vendor vetting, inventory management, appointment scheduling, and ordering processes.
• Regularly interact with vendors, drivers, and customers.

Electrical Engineer

Location: Salt Lake City, UT/ 100% Onsite

Reports to: Operations Manager

Compensation: $120K-$160K (total including bonus), DOE

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience
• 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience, with an emphasis on medium and low voltage distribution design and installation.
• Deep understanding of power generation, power systems, and power distribution for industrial facilities and equipment.
• Excellent project management skills – including meeting project deadlines, adhering to a budget, and consulting with customers. Experience in consulting engineering and construction, preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards such as: National Electrical Code (NEC), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
• Ability to prepare all proper documentation, which includes: contractor scope of work, drawings (one-line diagrams, panel layout drawings, wiring drawings, motor schematics, conduit tray and routing drawings), instrument loop sheets, etc.
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Financial Accountant (Manufacturing)

Location: West Jordan, UT

Work Structure: 100% Onsite

Compensation: $80K - $100K DOE

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Financial Accountant:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ YOE in general ledger (G&L) accounting, month-ends, payroll, month-end, A/P, A/R, cash flow, bank & inventory reconciliations, budgets, forecasting, quarterly payroll taxes, etc.
• Experience with IQMS or equivalent ERP system
• Strong understanding of analysis and cost accounting manufacturing variances
• Self-starter who will thrive as a financial athlete working on an international scale and scope.
• Prioritize, adapt, and pivot quickly when needed while applying a strong work ethic toward various daily accounting, costing, and financial projects!
• Detail-obsessed accounting task execution!
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities. (Bilingual – Spanish/English a plus!)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Senior Machinist 

Location: Ogden, UT

Reports to: Operations Manager  

Compensation: $30 - $40/Hour 

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift positions available 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Senior Machinist:  

• 10+ years of machinist experience – programming and setting up CNC mills and lathes
• Experience working 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC milling and turning machines
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision inspection equipment
• Ability to set up, operate and maintain machines
• Skilled at creating CNC programs as needed
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Dedication to safety and quality
• Thrive in working with a high variety of parts
• Degree in CNC Machining Technology, machinist certification, or machinist apprenticeship completion preferred, but not required
• Experience working with FeatureCAM programming preferred
• Candidates for this role must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

CNC Machinist (2nd or 3rd Shift)

Location: Summit County, Utah

Reports to: Director of Manufacturing & Engineering

2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM Mon-Fri

3rd Shift: 9:30PM – 6:00 AM Sun-Fri

Compensation: $23 - $36/Hour, DOE

Requirements & Responsibilities

• 2-3 years of experience setting up and running CNC Machinery
• Skilled in running 4-axis mills and multi-axis machines for plastic and/or aluminum
• Programming experience is a plus!
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
