Compensation: $70K - $90K, Overtime eligible
Shift: Monday – Friday, 4 PM – 12 AM

Shift Supervisor

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Shift Supervisor:
- 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial leadership roles.
- Familiarity with logistics, operations, production, maintenance, and ERP systems.
- Demonstrable ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong ability to manage autonomously and make smart decisions.
- Familiarity with Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
- Ability to understand and enforce Union Contracts.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Directly supervise 30+ employees, including planning, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and resolving complaints and issues.
- Ensure delivery of quality products on time and within budget.
- Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance.
