Electrical Service Technician 

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Reports to: Site Manager 

Compensation: $35 - $45/Hour + Guaranteed Overtime  

Shift: 2 full weeks on (Mon-Sun) 2 full weeks off; 12-hour shifts

Global Travel Required

  

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Electrical Service Technician:  

  • 5+ years of work experience as an Electrical Service Technician or Auto Electrician installing mobile electrical systems (car or mining machines highly preferred).
  • Software installation and configuration proficiency.
  • Familiarity with vehicle controllers, software development, and Wi-Fi and LTE networks.
  • Customer focused and solution minded.
  • Organized, detailed oriented, and proactive.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Prepare and conduct electrical hardware installations at customer sites, including planning component and tool availability, configurating software, and servicing products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and ensure quality, safety, and increased productivity.
  • Collaborate with site manager and German and South African design and manufacturing teams.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment laws.

Requirements & Responsibilities of HR Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within a manufacturing or related environment
  • Strong ability to connect with workforce, manage employee relations, and build relationships with a foundation of trust
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and leadership in regard to employee development, discipline, and coaching

  • Oversee benefits programs, enrollment, auditing, and compliance

Responsibilities & Requirements of the PROJECT MANAGER: 

 

  • 5-10 years of experience in construction project management and estimating 

  • Bacherlor’s Degree in construction or related field is a plus, but not required 

  • Experience with electrical, civil and underground utilities highly preferred 

  • Solid foundation in reading blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare estimates 

  • High level of attention to detail  

  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects through full lifecycle from estimation to completion
