Requirements & Responsibilities of the Midewest District Manager :  

  • 7+ years of heavy industrial experience, preferably in a field service, consulting, or construction trade environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude. Engineering background, preferred.
  • Customer focused, honest, transparent, autonomous, and accountable.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategy, and sales abilities.

Lead Machinist

Location: West Jordan, UT 

Reports to: Production Manager 

Compensation: $30 - $35/Hour 

Shift: Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am - 1:30 pm

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Lead Machinist:  

  • 5+ years of progressive machinist experience with programming experience and knowledge working in MasterCam
  • Programming experience and knowledge working in MasterCam
  • Safety first and always mindset
  • Ability to program and set machines to run and provide direction to machine operators
  • Collaborate with Production Manager to determine production flow and schedule – maximizing output
  • Proven ability to operate CNC mills and lathes – prefer experience with Mazak machines
  • Sound knowledge of Mazatrol and Fanuc controls
  • Great communication and ability to lead and mentor machine operators
  • Perform quality checks on production pieces using various precision measuring instruments
  • Order, track, and maintain tooling and tooling inventory
  • Troubleshoot issues and find solutions
  • Seek and implement continuous improvement in processes
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software (Fusion360 or Autodesk) highly preferred

  • Exposure to steel, concrete, and masonry, highly valuable.
