Manufacturing Engineer  

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Reports to: Project Manager

Compensation: $100-120K 

We’re seeking someone hands-on, with a good head on their shoulders to keep their nose to the grindstone and give us a leg up on the competition. Requirements & Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, including production line operations, optimizations, and project management.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Help create and maintain process flow maps, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPS).
  • Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team and cross-functionally with other engineering groups.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Director of International Sales:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years work experience in sales – preferably with high price point consumer goods, technical products, or hard goods

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Cost Accounting Manager:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Management experience, highly desirable.
  • Excellent computer skills with ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems and spreadsheets, SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organization, and decision-making skills.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Sr. Mechanical Engineer:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar field of study
  • Utah PE license strongly preferred, or PE eligible
  • 10+ YOE relevant work experience in mechanical engineering within the mining and metals industry, mechanical design engineering, industrial engineering, plant engineering, with a focus in complex projects. High temperature plant and equipment design experience preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills working with colleagues, peers, customers, and vendors
  • Exemplify safety and integrity by setting examples of both in the workplace
  • Expertise in equipment design and selection including material handling equipment
  • Strong design abilities with experience in AutoCAD, Plant3D, Solidworks, or other CAD and modeling software's
  • Familiarity with API, ANSI, ASME, AND CEMA standards and codes
