Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Reports to: VP Human Capital  

Compensation: $110K - $120K

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP):

  • 5+ years of human resources experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • SPHR, PHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
  • Broad expertise in compliance, safety, compensation, benefits, recruiting, training, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience, including performance and change management proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills with outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Strategic, proactive, tactful, approachable, and professional.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives to support plant leadership and advise managers on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Lead a team of human resource professionals to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Generalist, and Training and Development Manager to ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and implement strategic engagement initiatives to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Provide performance management coaching and support to company-wide managers.
  • Promote a safe working environment and continuous learning and development.
  • Assist in maintaining competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structures.

Lead Machinist

Location: West Jordan, UT 

Reports to: Production Manager 

Compensation: $30 - $35/Hour 

Shift: Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am - 1:30 pm

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Lead Machinist:  

  • 5+ years of progressive machinist experience with programming experience on CNC lathes
  • Programming experience and sound knowledge working with M-Code and G-Code on CNC lathes
  • Safety first and always mindset
  • Experience with machining tolerances within .01mm
  • Reading blueprints in Metric
  • Ability to program and set machines to run and provide direction to machine operators
  • Collaborate with Production Manager to determine production flow and schedule – maximizing output
  • Proven ability to operate CNC mills and lathes – prefer experience with Mazak machines
  • Sound knowledge of Mazatrol and Fanuc controls
  • Great communication and ability to lead and mentor machine operators
  • Perform quality checks on production pieces using various precision measuring instruments
  • Order, track, and maintain tooling and tooling inventory
  • Troubleshoot issues and find solutions
  • Seek and implement continuous improvement in processes
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software (Fusion360 or Autodesk) highly preferred
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
