Compensation: $100K - $120K + Bonus
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ensure a safe, clean, and effective work environment conducive to productivity
- Compelling leadership style with an ability to build rapport and engage teams
- Proven ability to proactively lead improvement efforts resulting in quantifiable outcomes
- Set production and performance expectations for value stream
- Experience applying quality management techniques for problem-solving and process decisions
- Establish value stream budgets and annual plans
- Strive for cost reduction, process improvement, and increased quality in all processes
- Lead workforce of direct labor and professional employees to achieve value stream objectives
- Outstanding communication and collaboration with both local and remote work teams
- Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment, Lean Six Sigma certification/belt, or related experience highly desired

Requirements & Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 3+ years' experience – prefer experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong familiarity of HRIS systems – UKG preferred
- Provide comprehensive HR support to the local site and leadership team
- Ability to develop strong relationships and trust within the organization
- Work collaboratively with local leadership team to develop and drive a culture focused on the core values of respect, teamwork, and communication
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and systems are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding for all employees
- Actively engage in and support projects with the global HR team
- Coach and counsel both site leadership and team members in areas of performance management and employee engagement
- Knowledge of and experience with employment laws and practices including: FMLA, ADA, AAP, FLSA, EEOC, issue and dispute resolution, etc.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Machinist B:

2+ years of machinist experience – programming and setting up CNC mills and lathes

Experience working 2, 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC milling and turning machines

Solid turning and lathe experience required

Ability to read blueprints and use precision inspection equipment

Ability to set up, operate and maintain machines understanding speeds, feeds, and cut depths

Knowledge of metal properties – refractory metals experience is a plus!

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Western States Sales Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, highly preferred.
