We’re seeking a Controller who is into countdowns and counting up, deadlines and costing, budgets, inventories and all things accounting!
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the defense manufacturing industry.
- Experience with reconciliation/general ledger accounting, cost accounting manufacturing variances, and financial analysis.
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, AR, AP, and payroll.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Broad financial responsibilities from planning, reporting, and analysis to reconciling and payroll.
