Fulfillment Manager

Location: Draper, Utah

Reports to: Vice President Operations 

Compensation: $80K - $110K, Plus Bonus

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Fulfillment Manager:

  • 7+ years experience in fulfillment and warehouse operations
  • 3+ years experience in a management within fulfillment and warehouse operations
  • Manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control and production data recording
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy of inventory transactions
  • Solid experience establishing SOPs and improving existing processes
  • A keen eye for detail and a drive to continuously improve the team, department, and overall operations through influential leadership
  • Lead the warehouse team, ensuring high standards of performance and quality
  • Prioritize tasks to meet shipping deadlines and maintain a positive work environment
  • Conduct daily reviews of orders, stock, and inventory to meet customer needs
  • Validate customer orders according to Service Level Agreements
  • Ensure accurate receiving, transfer, and documentation of materials
  • Maintain facility equipment and manage department expenses
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish is a PLUS
  • Experience in a cGMP facility is a PLUS

Awaiting all ace applicants amped about all above acronyms and all about a lot of alliteration. 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Lead DSP (digital signal processing) Software Engineer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, preferred. Additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • 8+ years of experience implementing complex DSP (digital signal processing) software algorithms or equivalent experience in FPGA (field programmable gate array) design.
  • Strong C++ experience and object-oriented software design expertise.
  • Outstanding ability to design for testability and debug using logic analyzers, digital scopes, or other complex measurement equipment.
  • Familiarity with modulation, digital filters, baseband sampling, tracking algorithms, FEC (forward error correction), and/or acquisition.
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, FPGA soft processor cores, Git, and communication systems, highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Must be a U.S. person and able to obtain a security clearance.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers to conceptualize, design, implement, and troubleshoot embedded communication system technologies.
  • Create innovative solutions by applying communication theory and digital signal processing methodologies.
  • Engage with customers and vendors from initial proposal through development, deployment, and ongoing engineering support.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Line Supervisor:  

  • Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 production employees on a liquid manufacturing line, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to staff, constructively addressing performance.
  • Oversee production processes, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety standards.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a preference for food-grade or consumable product environments.
  • Make hire/fire recommendations and collaborate on training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience in a start-up or evolving company culture, with the ability to ramp up quickly in a fast-paced setting.
  • Compliance knowledge or certifications are a strong advantage.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager:

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a can making manufacturing setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of facilities equipment and machinery, including motors, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, extractors, fractionators, homogenizers, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and mixing systems.
  • Strong supervisory experience, including hiring and training employees, planning and directing work, monitoring performance, rewarding and disciplining as needed, and resolving any issues.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, technical aptitude, understanding of technical and legal documents, business acumen, and tact.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.  
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 
  • Direct and supervise the can making maintenance team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, tools, and equipment, ensuring continuous production operations.
  • Develop preventative maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime, operational efficiency, and the utmost safety of all equipment.
  • Review maintenance reports and statistics to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
