Senior Revenue Accountant

Location: Pleasant Grove, Utah

Reports to: Controller

Compensation: $80K - $95K

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Senior Revenue Accountant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience with contractual invoicing and billing, preferably with strong exposure to government/defense contracts.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and/or Global Shop Solutions.
  • Cost accounting experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and time management, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Must be a U.S. person and able to pass a background check.
  • Review contracts and prepare sales orders accordingly, ensuring an accurate and timely process of invoice distribution and customer receipts.
  • Collaborate with various production, engineering, and management teams.
  • Analyze and allocate revenue into appropriate accounting categories, including processing deferred revenue transactions in accordance with ASC 606.
  • Manage customer account adjustment and collections.
  • Reconcile transactions recorded in different accounting systems.
  • Assist with monthly close process, budget preparation, and financial analysis.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor:  

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on mechanical experience with Tetra Pak production lines.
  • Successful maintenance supervisory experience with demonstrable leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and other electromechanical components.
