Location: Ogden, UT
Reports to: Operations Manager
Compensation: $30 - $40/Hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift positions available
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Senior Machinist:
- 10+ years of machinist experience – programming and setting up CNC mills and lathes
- Experience working 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC milling and turning machines
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision inspection equipment
- Ability to set up, operate and maintain machines
- Skilled at creating CNC programs as needed
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Dedication to safety and quality
- Thrive in working with a high variety of parts
- Degree in CNC Machining Technology, machinist certification, or machinist apprenticeship completion preferred, but not required
- Experience working with FeatureCAM programming preferred

Reports to: VP of Operations
Compensation: $90K - $110K

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Quality Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, quality management, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including quality management, food and beverage manufacturing, and quality laboratory experience.
- Familiarity with quality management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrable leadership qualities, and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, procurement, supplier, and health and safety teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality standards, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Lead a team of quality technicians and inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to achieve product quality and safety.
- Develop and implement quality control processes through all stages of production.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to legal requirements and industry standards.

- Manage customer complaints and feedback related to product quality.

Cost Accounting Manager

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Reports to: Controller
Compensation: $100K - $115K+, plus bonus
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Cost Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Management experience, highly desirable.
- Excellent computer skills with ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems and spreadsheets, SAP experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent business acumen and proactive work ethic.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Support controllers in month end close outs, reports, budgeting, and financing.
- Analyze product costs/variances recognized in cost of sales and inventory.

Director of International Sales

Compensation: $150 - $180K + Bonus
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Director of International Sales:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years work experience in sales – preferably with high price point consumer goods, technical products, or hard goods
- 3+ years of team management and leadership experience with a desire to develop and mentor others
- Proven ability to lead and develop a network of distribution partners focused in Europe and APAC regions
- Expertise working with sales operations and analytics bringing a detailed and analytical approach to decision-makingmaking
- Ability to build relationships and improve positioning with distribution partners
- Track record of growing business and increasing revenue through developing markets, channels, and overall product sales
- Strong business acumen and decision-making ability
- Passionate about ensuring buyers, retailers, and distributors have positive brand experiences

Hybrid work structure with flexible schedule
Reports to: Director of Mechanical Engineer
Compensation: $125 - $145K
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Sr. Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar field of study
- Utah PE license strongly preferred, or PE eligible
- 10+ YOE relevant work experience in mechanical engineering within the mining and metals industry, mechanical design engineering, industrial engineering, plant engineering, with a focus in complex projects. High temperature plant and equipment design experience preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills working with colleagues, peers, customers, and vendors
- Exemplify safety and integrity by setting examples of both in the workplace
- Expertise in equipment design and selection including material handling equipment
- Strong design abilities with experience in AutoCAD, Plant3D, Solidworks, or other CAD and modeling software's
- Familiarity with API, ANSI, ASME, AND CEMA standards and codes
- Solutions-oriented problem-solving approach
- Experience in design and optimizing equipment, working with multi-disciplinary teams, and providing accurate design information flow
- Passionate about technology, efficient design, and consumer approval
