Senior Channel Manager 

Location: Draper, Utah

Reports to: Head of Business Development 

Compensation: $115K - $135K + Bonus

  

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Senior Channel Manager:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field is a plus, but not required
  • 8+ years of B2B retail channel development and management
  • Lead strategic research, promotion, and execution of sales through Club and Home Improvement retail and eCommerce channels
  • Drive channel performance and growth
  • Execute winning product kit placements and promotional campaigns for retail eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, optimize product mixes, and leverage sales opportunities
  • Discover and activate new B2B retail channels and customers for company products.
  • Develop business cases, investment plans, and partnership strategies for new opportunities.
  • Proven problem solver that brings creative solutions, new ideas, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Outstanding collaborator, relationship builder, and team player
  • Highly proficient in CRM tools and Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and business development
  • Travel up to 15%
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Machinist

Location: Albany, Oregon

Reports to: Shop Supervisor   

Compensation: $30 - $37/Hour 

Shift: Mon – Thurs; 6:00 am – 4:30 pm 

  

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Machinist:  

  • 7+ years of machinist experience – programming and setting up CNC mills and lathes
  • Experience working 2, 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC milling and turning machines
  • Extensive turning and lathe experience required
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision inspection equipment
  • Ability to set up, operate and maintain machines
  • Knowledge of tool touch off, replacement, and troubleshooting
  • Skill to edit programming as needed
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Dedication to safety and quality
  • Thrive in working with a high variety of parts
  • Degree in CNC Machining Technology, machinist certification, or machinist apprenticeship completion preferred, but not required

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Sales Engineer:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Plastics, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering preferred. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in plastics, injection molding, manufacturing, sales, engineering, business development, and/or customer management. 
  • Deep understanding of plastics and plastic injection molding processes.
  • Ability to travel to tradeshows and customer sites.
  • Strong project management and design process flow skills. 
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
