Batching Specialist 

Location: Salt Lake City, UT 

Reports to: Research and Development Manager 

Compensation: $85K - $100K, DOE

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Batching Specialist:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, chemistry, or related field, highly preferred. 
  • 3+ years of experience in batching operations or a related production environment. 
  • Lean Six Sigma training/certification, highly desirable.
  • Thorough understanding of quality control measures and regulatory compliance. 
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. 
  • Demonstrable proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.  
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 
  • Identify and improve batching operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. 
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for batching processes, equipment usage, and maintenance. 
  • Coordinate daily batching operator activities, including accurate measuring and mixing of ingredients to comply with formulas and quality standards. 
  • Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and production planning teams to optimize production. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of batching activities.

Senior Revenue Accountant

Location: Pleasant Grove, Utah

Reports to: Controller

Compensation: $80K - $95K

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Senior Revenue Accountant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience with contractual invoicing and billing, preferably with strong exposure to government/defense contracts.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and/or Global Shop Solutions.
  • Cost accounting experience preferred.

Maintenance Mechanic 

Location: Ogden, UT 

Reports to: Site Manager 

Compensation: $30 - $38/Hour

Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (3 days one week, 4 days the next; 7 AM – 7 PM OR 7 PM – 7 AM)

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Maintenance Mechanic:  

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on mechanical experience with Tetra Pak production lines.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and other electromechanical components.
  • Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and drive.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
