Maintenance Supervisor 

Location: Ogden, UT 

Reports to: Site Director 

Compensation: $44 - $50+/Hour

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor:  

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on mechanical experience with Tetra Pak production lines.
  • Successful maintenance supervisory experience with demonstrable leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and other electromechanical components.
  • Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and decision-making ability.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Lead a team of technicians in the maintenance of Tetra Pak equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Assess systems to identify repair requirements, prioritize tasks, specify necessary supplies and skills, and delegate accordingly.
  • Inspect performance and assist with technical issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Safety Director 

Location: Spanish Fork, UT or Boise, ID  

Reports to: President

Compensation: $120K - $150K+, Plus Bonus

Travel: 50% of the time within Utah and surrounding states

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Safety Director:

  • Bachelor’s degree in safety management or related field.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) preferred.
  • 8+ years of professional safety experience in construction, mining, or concrete, including extensive safety training development and delivery experience.
  • Subject matter expert in all safety related areas, including OSHA, MSHA, and DOT.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, including an ability to engage team members in employee driven safety initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the Color Code of Awareness; military/law enforcement background a plus.
  • Strategic, adaptable, well spoken, and socially intelligent.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to collaborate both internally and externally.
  • Must be a U.S. person and able to pass a background check.
  • Work strategically with the company President and operational leaders to analyze safety trends, develop and evolve policies and protocols, and improve safety culture.
  • Coach safety managers to implement strategies that ensure safe working environments for all.
  • Help safety team members grow and develop to further their professional careers.
  • Oversee safety trainings, major incident investigations, and root-cause analyses.

Compensation: $38 - $45/Hour 

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the CNC Programmer:  

  • 5+ years’ experience of CNC machining experience including milling, turning, and lathes
  • 2+ years’ CNC programming experience
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and effective work environment conducive to productivity
  • Proven ability to read, edit, write and understand CNC programs and operational layouts
  • Strong Mastercam experience highly preferred
  • Perform pre-production and program prove-outs for new products and tooling
  • Review, update, and write standard work
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement in processes, product, and quality
  • Solid understanding of tooling layouts, operation sheets, and blueprints
  • Develop machining processes including programming, tooling, gaging, and inspection for new parts

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Senior Revenue Accountant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience with contractual invoicing and billing, preferably with strong exposure to government/defense contracts.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and/or Global Shop Solutions.
  • Cost accounting experience preferred.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Senior Algorithms Engineer:

  • Graduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or other closely related field.
  • Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining radar algorithms, specifically those related to Moving Target Indication (MTI).
  • Expertise in numerical prototyping using Python and programming using C++.
  • Deep understanding of digital signal processing, numerical analysis, and radar simulation.
  • Familiarity with phased array processing, beamforming, Multiple-In Multiple-Out (MIMO), Multiple Signal Classification (MUSIC), Space-Time Adaptive Processing (STAP), Constant False Alarm Rate (CFAR), and detection.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, accountability, and a willingness to learn new things.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to collaborate, and an enthusiastic positive attitude.
  • Must be a U.S. person and able to pass a background check.
  • Design, maintain, and improve upon a variety of radar signal processing algorithms for target detection and tracking.
  • Implement algorithms on embedded hardware using C++.
  • Develop tests to validate the efficacy of the algorithms.
  • Work cross functionally to ensure the radar output meets all teams’ requirements.
