Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on mechanical experience with Tetra Pak production lines.
- Successful maintenance supervisory experience with demonstrable leadership skills.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and other electromechanical components.
- Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and decision-making ability.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Lead a team of technicians in the maintenance of Tetra Pak equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Assess systems to identify repair requirements, prioritize tasks, specify necessary supplies and skills, and delegate accordingly.
- Inspect performance and assist with technical issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
