Requirements & Responsibilities of the Software Engineer Scientist:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering, preferred. Additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 10+ years of software applications developing experience with an object-oriented programming language.
- Demonstrable experience leading software development teams through the full development lifecycle, including requirements flow-down and allocation, design, development, testing, and sell-off.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Must be a U.S. person and able to obtain a security clearance.
- Lead a team of software developers through analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and documentation considering performance, reliability, usability, and maintainability.
- Participate in strategy discussions, driving critical high-level architecture, proposal/cost estimate, and technical documentation decisions/efforts.
- Recommend strategies, standards, and tools to benefit the overall business.
- Deliver highly technical presentations to various internal and external audiences.

Safety Director

Location: Spanish Fork, UT or Boise, ID
Reports to: President
Compensation: $120K - $150K+, Plus Bonus
Travel: 50% of the time within Utah and surrounding states
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Safety Director:
- Bachelor’s degree in safety management or related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) preferred.
- 8+ years of professional safety experience in construction, mining, or concrete, including extensive safety training development and delivery experience.
- Subject matter expert in all safety related areas, including OSHA, MSHA, and DOT.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, including an ability to engage team members in employee driven safety initiatives.
- Familiarity with the Color Code of Awareness; military/law enforcement background a plus.
- Strategic, adaptable, well spoken, and socially intelligent.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to collaborate both internally and externally.
- Must be a U.S. person and able to pass a background check.
- Work strategically with the company President and operational leaders to analyze safety trends, develop and evolve policies and protocols, and improve safety culture.
- Coach safety managers to implement strategies that ensure safe working environments for all.
- Help safety team members grow and develop to further their professional careers.
- Oversee safety trainings, major incident investigations, and root-cause analyses.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the General Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or chemical engineering or a related field required
- 7+ years’ experience in progressive engineering roles within an established manufacturing setting
- Proven ability to establish, improve, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes
- Outstanding collaboration and communication at a variety of levels within the organization
- Ability to build rapport and manage ongoing relationships with clients
- High level of attention to detail and an ability to bring exceptional quality to products and processes
- Engaging leadership style with an ability to teach and lead a team
- Solid business acumen and decision-making ability
- Hands-on and engaged with manufacturing processes including equipment revisions, repairs, maintenance, and commissioning

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
- Lead, manage, and supervise multiple production lines and Line Supervisors, with indirect oversight of production employees on liquid manufacturing lines.
- Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining a clean, collaborative, and safe work environment.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports, effectively addressing performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring high standards of quality control and safety compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in food-grade or consumable product industries.
- Make recommendations on hiring, staffing, and terminations, while supporting training, onboarding, and process improvement initiatives.

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a preference for food-grade or consumable product environments.
- Make hire/fire recommendations and collaborate on training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English/Spanish) is a plus.
