Requirements & Responsibilities of the Lead DSP (digital signal processing) Software Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, preferred. Additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 8+ years of experience implementing complex DSP (digital signal processing) software algorithms or equivalent experience in FPGA (field programmable gate array) design.
- Strong C++ experience and object-oriented software design expertise.
- Outstanding ability to design for testability and debug using logic analyzers, digital scopes, or other complex measurement equipment.
- Familiarity with modulation, digital filters, baseband sampling, tracking algorithms, FEC (forward error correction), and/or acquisition.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, FPGA soft processor cores, Git, and communication systems, highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Must be a U.S. person and able to obtain a security clearance.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to conceptualize, design, implement, and troubleshoot embedded communication system technologies.
- Create innovative solutions by applying communication theory and digital signal processing methodologies.
- Engage with customers and vendors from initial proposal through development, deployment, and ongoing engineering support.

Shift: Monday – Thursday; 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Machinist B:
- 2+ years of machinist experience – programming and setting up CNC mills and lathes
- Experience working 2, 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC milling and turning machines
- Solid turning and lathe experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision inspection equipment
- Ability to set up, operate and maintain machines understanding speeds, feeds, and cut depths
- Knowledge of metal properties – refractory metals experience is a plus!
- Skill to perform basic offsets and operator control of CNC equipment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Dedication to safety and quality
- Thrive in working with a high variety of parts
- Degree in CNC Machining Technology, machinist certification, or machinist apprenticeship completion preferred, but not required

Requirements & Responsibilities of the General Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or chemical engineering or a related field required
- 7+ years’ experience in progressive engineering roles within an established manufacturing setting
- Proven ability to establish, improve, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes
- Outstanding collaboration and communication at a variety of levels within the organization
- Ability to build rapport and manage ongoing relationships with clients
- High level of attention to detail and an ability to bring exceptional quality to products and processes
- Engaging leadership style with an ability to teach and lead a team

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Safety Director:
- Bachelor’s degree in safety management or related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) preferred.
- 8+ years of professional safety experience in construction, mining, or concrete, including extensive safety training development and delivery experience.
- Subject matter expert in all safety related areas, including OSHA, MSHA, and DOT.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, including an ability to engage team members in employee driven safety initiatives.
- Familiarity with the Color Code of Awareness; military/law enforcement background a plus.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Senior Algorithms Engineer:
- Graduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or other closely related field.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining radar algorithms, specifically those related to Moving Target Indication (MTI).
- Expertise in numerical prototyping using Python and programming using C++.
- Deep understanding of digital signal processing, numerical analysis, and radar simulation.
- Familiarity with phased array processing, beamforming, Multiple-In Multiple-Out (MIMO), Multiple Signal Classification (MUSIC), Space-Time Adaptive Processing (STAP), Constant False Alarm Rate (CFAR), and detection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, accountability, and a willingness to learn new things.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to collaborate, and an enthusiastic positive attitude.
- Must be a U.S. person and able to pass a background check.
- Design, maintain, and improve upon a variety of radar signal processing algorithms for target detection and tracking.
- Implement algorithms on embedded hardware using C++.
- Develop tests to validate the efficacy of the algorithms.
