Requirements & Responsibilities of the Line Supervisor:
- Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 production employees on a liquid manufacturing line, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to staff, constructively addressing performance.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a preference for food-grade or consumable product environments.
- Make hire/fire recommendations and collaborate on training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience in a start-up or evolving company culture, with the ability to ramp up quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Compliance knowledge or certifications are a strong advantage.
Seeking experienced Line Supervisors to join this growing production team. This role requires strong leadership abilities, experience in managing production lines, and a hands-on approach to team supervision in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining a collaborative and clean workspace!
