Senior RF Engineer
SENIOR RF DESIGN ENGINEER
Location: Bluffdale, UT
Reports to: Director of Engineering
Compensation: $140 – $160K

Your Role:
Join a passionate team creating next-generation wireless audio technology that makes communication more inclusive and impactful. As a Senior RF Design Engineer, you’ll design and test RF systems that power innovative, high-quality listening experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex RF challenges and enjoys bringing new products to life in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
· Design and optimize RF front-end circuits, antennas, and wireless paths
· Troubleshoot and debug RF systems to meet performance and compliance standards
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide system architecture and product development
· Contribute to testing, documentation, and vendor coordination for high-volume manufacturing
· Stay current on RF trends and mentor team members in best practices
What You’ll Bring:
· Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, Bachelor’s degree is a must
· 7+ years of RF design experience (up to 7 GHz)
· Highly proficient with RF modeling (i.e., Ansys) testing tools, and compliance processes
· Robust knowledge of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and multi-radio system integration
· Strong communication and time management skills
· A love of cooking in any form is a PLUS!
