SENIOR MANAGER, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Location: Midvale, UT

Reports to: AVP Product Development

Compensation: $130 – $160K + bonus

Your Role:

The Senior Manager, Program Management will lead new product development by managing key projects and overseeing the Product Development team across the US and overseas. You will establish a strong project management framework, ensure clear processes, accountability, and you know how to make stuff happen. This role involves working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to drive products through the full product development lifecycle, and beyond.  

What You’ll Do:

·      Lead a develop a remote Product Development team across the US and China

·      Oversee new product development from concept to manufacturing ramp, ensuring successful launches

·      Establish and implement a structured product development framework, coordinating cross-functinal teams

·      Manage RFQ processes, supplier selection, and budget estimates to achieve target product margins

·      Identify and resolve technical, cost, and timeline challenges with creative problem solving

What You’ll Bring:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred

·      10+ years’ experience in Product Development or Program Management, with 5+ years in a leadership role

·      Expertise in consumer electronics, electronics hardware, or similar product development, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes

·      Exceptional project management skills and methodologies

·      Experience working with offshore manufacturing partners

·      Excellent communication, adaptability, and collaboration in fast-paced environments
