Project Manager
Location: Idaho
Reports to: CEO
Compensation: $100K+, plus bonus
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- 3+ years of successful project management experience.
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills to ensure on-time, quality project completion.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Strong big-picture thinking and careful attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities; additional Spanish proficiency a plus.
- Exceptional standards and work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors year-round.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Utilize project management software to manage all field aspects of projects across the state of Idaho.
- Prioritize and execute tasks to meet project timelines.
- Ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with and help train sub-contractors.
