Location: Nevada/California
Reports to: Territory Manager
Compensation: $125 - $150K+
Travel: 75%
Requirements & Responsibilities of the District Manager :
- 7+ years of heavy industrial experience, preferably in a field service, consulting, or construction trade environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Mechanical aptitude. Engineering background, preferred.
- Customer service focus.
- Strong problem-solving, strategy, and sales abilities.
- Exceptional ambition and organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Run a stand-alone division of the business encompassing sales, operations, and other business functions for multiple states.
- Build and supervise your team.
- Quote, plan, and execute projects within equipment installation, mechanical maintenance, rework, and retrofit.
