District Manager 

Location: Nevada/California

Reports to: Territory Manager 

Compensation: $125 - $150K+ 

Travel: 75%

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the District Manager :  

  • 7+ years of heavy industrial experience, preferably in a field service, consulting, or construction trade environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Mechanical aptitude. Engineering background, preferred.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategy, and sales abilities.
  • Exceptional ambition and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Run a stand-alone division of the business encompassing sales, operations, and other business functions for multiple states.
  • Build and supervise your team.
  • Quote, plan, and execute projects within equipment installation, mechanical maintenance, rework, and retrofit.
