Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Reports to: Division Manager, Traffic & Infrastructure
Compensation: $80 - $120K + Bonus
Responsibilities & Requirements of the PROJECT MANAGER:

5-10 years of experience in construction project management and estimating

Bacherlor’s Degree in construction or related field is a plus, but not required

Experience with electrical, civil and underground utilities highly preferred

Solid foundation in reading blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare estimates

High level of attention to detail

Proven ability to successfully manage projects through full lifecycle from estimation to completion

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills at various levels both inside and outside the organization

Assist with scheduling work and resources on projects

Forward thinking ability to assess, understand, and predict customer/project needs

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Electrical Service Technician:
- 5+ years of work experience as an Electrical Service Technician or Auto Electrician installing mobile electrical systems (car or mining machines highly preferred).
- Software installation and configuration proficiency.
- Familiarity with vehicle controllers, software development, and Wi-Fi and LTE networks.
- Customer focused and solution minded.
- Organized, detailed oriented, and proactive.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Prepare and conduct electrical hardware installations at customer sites, including planning component and tool availability, configurating software, and servicing products.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 3+ years' experience – prefer experience in a manufacturing environment

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Batching Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, chemistry, or related field, highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in batching operations or a related production environment.
- Lean Six Sigma training/certification, highly desirable.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Commercial Lines Account Manager:
