Human Resources Manager

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and lead HR department's day-to-day activities/tasks, and foster the company’s vision to the workforce while championing the culture!  
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant, professional HR experience in payroll, labor laws, employee investigations, comp, benefits, employee engagement, etc.
  • Strong and broad computer knowledge, experience specifically with KRONOS/UKG is a plus!   
  • Navigate strategic decision-making processes with the management team utilizing data (creating spreadsheets) to continue elevating overall business performance.
  • Previous leadership experience, seeking someone who is self-aware and able to self-regulate. And exhibits strong social skills to express empathy and motivate the workforce.

Senior Project Engineer

Location: St. George, UT (100% On-site)

Reports to: Director of Technology 

Responsibilities & Requirements of the Sr. Project Engineer:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
  •  7+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with overall production process knowledge
  •  4+ years’ experience in leadership role or capacity
  •  Experience in polymer composites manufacturing is a HUGE PLUS
  •  Exceptional experience managing projects for new process/product development and new capital equipment, or capacity expansion is a MUST
  •  Experience leading and managing full project lifecycle - conception, design, selection, business case presentation, budgeting, installation, validation, commissioning, etc.
  •  Ability to manage individual projects as well as provide oversight and leadership on all facility projects
  •  Works cross-functionally with other teams and departments to ensure overall continuity of production operations
  •  Great problem-solving and analytical skills
  •  Strong communicataion and interpersonal skills
  •  Proficient with CAD, preferably Solidworks or AutoCAD
  •  Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
