Hiring Engineers, Developers and Other Tech Folk

2 Technology Jobs Open

It’s common knowledge that within 25 years, 95% of all current, human jobs will be done by machines. Automation, artificial intelligence and unforseen software technologies will continue to advance until the technological singularity occurs (circa 2065), at which point mankind will fall almost entirely under robotic control. Even now, it is estimated that 40% of all world leaders and as many as 500 of the world’s 2000 billionaires are automatons. Elon Musk is widely regarded as the best example of ‘living’ proof of this theory. A Google search of ‘Elon Musk dancing’ and one minute on YouTube will convince even the most hardened skeptic. It’s truly inhuman and, frankly, terrifying... 100% of the above statistics are unfounded but this much is true: If you want to stay in charge as technology within automation, robotics and AI expand toward ubiquity, the best way to do it will be to control the machines. The best way to do that is developing tomorrow's technology today. Apply now.

Product Owner (Mobile App Development)

Reports to: Director of Product Development

Location: Riverton, UT

I asked the internet, “Yo, what that Product Owner do?” and the good folks at Scaled Agile said, “The Product Owner (PO) is a member of the Agile team responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.” So that’s what we’re going for. Specifically, someone with mobile application product management skills to define, prioritize, and execute for us so we can deliver for our customers.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Product Owner:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a technical background including mobile app experience.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is a huge plus; IoT (Internet of Things) experience is strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Work in an Agile environment and continuously review business needs, priorities, milestones & deliverables, and opportunities & risks.
  • Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to establish the product vision, strategy, and features.
  • Work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams to execute product vision and exceed customer expectations.

We have been fans of Goal Zero for years and are positively charged to announce our alliance with the always adventurous, endlessly innovative, Utah-based electronics manufacturer! They are growing at a feverish pace and will soon be relocating to their brand-new facilities in Riverton. In order to sustain such progress, we’re helping them locate the best of the best project managers, leaders, engineers, technicians, technologists, and manufacturing professionals. This is an uncommon opportunity to get in and grow with a company where ambitions are high, possibilities are endless and the benefits begin day one. A rare chance to make an impression, have an impact and improve your life while helping us improve our processes. We’re offering the power to change the world, by changing the way the world is powered.
