Tina Hazlett is the former CEO of Spectrum Recruiting Solutions, acquired by Waterstone Human Capital Professional Recruitment in January 2026. Now serving as Managing Director of the Engineering and Manufacturing Division, she continues her love affair with matchmaking impressive talent and forward-thinking businesses. To Tina, being part of someone’s career journey is deeply satisfying and gives her work true purpose. Throughout her talent acquisition career, she has redefined leadership by fostering cultures of trust, flexibility, and authenticity—long before they were buzzwords—while championing inclusive hiring and driving strong diversity outcomes in engineering and manufacturing.

Outside of work, Tina is a yoga-loving, chips-and-salsa-obsessed “boogey hippie” (as dubbed by her kids), often found tending her plants, walking her dogs, or plotting her next adventure.
