Tina started Spectrum Recruiting Solutions in 2018 after serving 17 years in the Talent Acquisition industry. Doing the math, that is over 22 years in the Recruiting world!  A professional sabbatical and personal desire to travel helped to provide the mental space she needed to create her vision of the ideal Talent Acquisition Firm. She and her entire family spent a full year traveling across the United States in a Winnebago, on purpose.  She fulfilled her soul as well as her contractual non-compete agreement. With sheer determination and a dream, she built a successful recruiting, consulting & outplacement company that is thriving today. Amongst historic levels of economic uncertainty and geopolitical turmoil, she began a recruiting revolution!  Anyway, to know Tina is to love her immediately, personally and professionally. Step into the ring (or just chat) with Tina for 30 seconds and you’ll want her in your corner. And she’ll always be there. She is a goal-setting, go-getting, open-minded, down-to-earth, lighthouse of hope and a wellspring of knowledge.  “T” is eternally Generous, Genuine, Warm, Approachable, Respectful, Trusting, Hopeful, Calm, Cool, and Collected (capital letters intended). Brady is a quick-witted creator and imaginative ink slinger! His creativity is endless and it shows. Brady regularly transforms mundane marketing material and dull job descriptions into clever, fact-filled, funny mastery. It’s not common to learn so much about music, movies and the English language through engineering job posts and descriptions. He truly has a way with words which comes in handy as the only male in the company (no easy task)! Genuine, generous and generally well-intentioned, Brady is a colleague and comrade that everyone wants on their side. When he’s not wordsmithing wherever there’s wifi, he can be found camping, canoeing, backpacking, biking, fishing, frolicking, snowboarding, snorkeling, golfing or gardening. Lexi joined Spectrum a couple of years ago and has been gaining experience in marketing, recruiting, and sourcing ever since. Her analytical awesomeness and intelligent insights have led to a deeper understanding of how our company, candidates and clients are all connected. Don't be fooled by her initially quiet demeanor; once she gets to know you, she loves to chat! When she's not busy burning the midnight oil for Spectrum she enjoys dreaming about farm life, planning home improvement projects, attempting to "rescue" orchids, and supporting her mom’s non-profit HEARTS TIED TOGETHER (a refugee relief project providing blankets and a heartfelt, handwritten note from the donor). “L” also loves spoiling her "awww"-inspiring canine family member. Known for impeccable timing, Kimberly left a lucrative, noble, non-profit career in early 2020 to join Spectrum. Commitment, compassion and (apparently) commission are what drive Kim. She is a perpetually positive, progressive, problem-solver. Adventurous, generous, easy-going, and joyful, she’s like a walking, talking smiley face emoji.  It’s borderline obnoxious. She even plays music and has a naturally beautiful singing voice. Like a zealous politician posing on the campaign trail, K2 is never afraid to roll up her sleeves, dive in, get her hands dirty and kiss a few babies on the road to victory. We’re so excited and we just can’t hide it, Aubrey's about to take control (of whatever we throw at her) and we think we like it! She’s been suffering fools for far too long in the service industry and now she’s ready to play business. A is a fiercely loyal friend and ferociously hard worker. In spite of her undeniable coolness, she actually enjoys spending time with her entire family, especially her sisters, with whom she shares a special bond (and essentially the same face). Aubs obvs loves all things outdoorsy and can rough it with the toughest of ‘em. She is not to be underestimated and her kindness cannot be overstated. She’s a genuine human who genuinely loves genuine humans. Schadenfreude isn’t even in her vocabulary. The Spectrum Squad is growing… Stronger! Please welcome Jena McCord, our new engineering and manufacturing administrative extraordinaire! Jena is alarmingly charming and disarming, with a sympathetic smile and kindness for miles. Driven by a superhuman work ethic, she always keeps her sparkling eyes on the prize. When she’s not overseeing business operations, she’s training, supervising and spoiling a small crew of Drews. One, a hunky husband and dedicated dad, the other, a precocious and impossibly adorable six-year-old baby girl. Native to Utah, Jena, the Drews and their darling doggos are naturally drawn to the outdoors where they can be found hiking, camping, boating, snowboarding and more, year-round. J comes to us after several years putting her heart and soul into the American Heart Association, where she did it all as Operations Manager. Her adaptability, business acumen and keen eye for quality will certainly come in handy as she transitions into the world of talent acquisition. Jena’s attention to detail is so high, it’s been called an attwelvetion. She doesn’t misspell words; the dictionary makes adjustments. She doesn’t dial wrong numbers; you pick up the wrong phone. Not only thorough, but exceptionally efficient, she can watch an episode of 60 Minutes in half an hour, while cooking minute rice (in thirty seconds). I mean, I guess 20+ years of professional recruiting experience will come in handy as Quinn joins our squad but far more important are his years of experience as a fisherman. You see, fishing, like recruiting, requires the focus of a surgeon, the determination of a sherpa, and the patience of a saint. A good trout hunter, like a good headhunter, has spent significant amounts of time, money, and effort curating their tackle box to include all the necessary tools of the trade. Serious piscators spend years refining their methods and honing their techniques to skillfully adapt to changing weather and water conditions. In our business, we are forever adapting to the ever-changing economic climate and job market conditions. Quinn has spent hours tying custom flies; each one meticulously crafted for a specific place, time, even a certain species of fish. It’s a lot like preparing candidates for particular positions; with resume tailoring, interview preparation, and presentation to hiring managers (who can be as fickle as a brook trout in full sun). In angling, as in talent acquisition, timing is everything. As we expand our business, the time is perfect to snag Quinn and pull him on board. Recruiting is a terribly humbling profession. The ups and downs are wildly dramatic. Candidates and clients can be pretty dramatic too. One must remain level-headed and open-minded at all times to thrive. Perspective is essential to survival. If you get too cocky or “too cool for school” you are certain to be shot down. Enter Amie Jensen. She’s never been cocky nor too cool for anything so she’ll fit right in around here! I kid, of course. Amie is actually super hip and doesn’t like uncool things at all. The exceptions being her two favorite nerds; bright, beautiful fiancé, Cori and their darling daughter Salem. And her collection of 400+ PEZ dispensers. And a Simpsons obsession. Oh, and comic books. She’s an avid reader and a bit of a cat lady. And she loves Star Trek… But otherwise, she is cool as a cucumber in a leather jacket and shades. When not spending time at home with the fam, she can be found hiking, running, shooting hoops, skateboarding, snowboarding, and sketching. Many people don’t know, Amie is an amazingly gifted artist! While she can’t save us from becoming our parents, she can save us time and money by helping us streamline processes, improve practices, and stay progressive. Elizabeth is taking on an ever-growing, often changing set of responsibilities for us as the glue that holds us together! She’s a keen reader, an avid home baker, and a bit of a homebody who enjoys nothing more than laying low with her crazy cute wild child, Pippa, her main Manny, her pup Seamus, and the rest of her fam. When she does get out, live music is her jam and she happens to have impeccable taste. She also enjoys hiking and traveling (mostly to her favorite restaurants). Please welcome Spectrum’s newest addition, Shacree Marr! Shacree was working as a Field Recruiter before she came to us, which is the same as a Field Reporter for a news organization. You know the ones who have to go out at all hours of the night, visit crime scenes, interview insane eyewitnesses, stand out in hurricane-force winds... The good news for Shacree is we won’t be asking her to do exactly those things. The great news for us is that she will be on the front lines for our organization, hitting the streets and pounding the keys to find the best of the best candidates to optimize our client’s businesses. When she’s not sourcing, recruiting, and job search coaching she can be found reading, writing, and spiritual life coaching. Shacree is a family gal for sure and the proud mother of two beautiful and bubbly baby girls. She is currently training to become a yoga instructor and as a Utah native, loves getting out into nature.
