ForgeHER — Confidence to Lead
ForgeHER is a high-impact professional development series designed to strengthen leadership readiness, confidence, and promotability for women in manufacturing. Created under a Blue Forge Alliance grant through the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), the program supports women across all manufacturing roles in building the skills needed to advance and lead.
The series includes four focused half-day sessions—Own Your Career, Navigate Conflict, Speak with Confidence, and Build Self-Assurance—each aimed at enhancing leadership presence, communication effectiveness, and career growth. ForgeHER addresses the leadership gap in manufacturing by equipping participants with practical tools, mentorship, and confidence-building strategies to excel in their careers.
