Compensation: $85 - $115K

We are a global provider of advanced manufacturing systems and engineered production solutions for dynamic production environments. From our Americas hub in Salt Lake City, we support customers across North, Central, and South America with technical service, installation, maintenance, and training. Known for quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships, we help manufacturers operate efficiently and perform at the highest level.

Your Role:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple small-to-midsize projects from shutdown through startup, ensuring execution is organized, efficient, and delivered on time. This is a high-activity role managing a steady flow of projects, coordinating internal teams and field personnel while serving as a key point of contact for customers. Your leadership ensures each project runs smoothly — from planning and parts procurement to final commissioning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects through full lifecycle execution (planning, shutdown, installation, startup)
  • Develop project outlines, schedules, and task coordination plans to meet defined deadlines
  • Serve as primary customer interface throughout project execution
  • Coordinate internal teams and onsite personnel to ensure clarity on scope and deliverables
  • Order and track parts, verify timelines, and ensure materials are available when needed
  • Monitor project progress, proactively resolve issues, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
  • Partner closely with international teams to align scope and execution of projects
  • Travel 25–30% of the time to project sites across North America

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of project management experience (industrial or technical environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high frequency of projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers, field teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Detail-oriented approach to scheduling, documentation, and execution
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt when priorities shift
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience

Why Join?

This is a team that values accountability, respect, and long-term relationships — both with customers and with each other. You’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact while working alongside experienced, supportive professionals. The organization offers strong benefits, professional growth opportunities, and the stability of an established global company.
