SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Location: Alabaster, AL

Reports to: President

Compensation: $115K-$125K+ quarterly & annual bonus

Your Role:

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will own all sales, marketing, and customer service functions, driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction. You’ll partner with senior management to shape strategy and provide direct leadership to the sales and customer service team.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Own all sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, including optimizing the sales organizational structure, producing sales and marketing materials, coordinating trade shows, and managing customer events and visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry decision-makers and key customers, aligning sales efforts with their specific needs and processes.

• Partner with senior management on budgets, sales targets, and strategic plans; establish competitive pricing and monitor inventory levels in line with sales forecasts.

• Evaluate new product opportunities and provide leadership and direct oversight to Sales Manager(s), the Customer Service Manager, and the Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

 

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with at least 8+ years of sales and marketing experience.

• Industry experience in rubber required, with working knowledge of the Waterworks market and/or industrial molded and extruded products.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

• Proven success developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
