Welder
Pipe Welder — Process Piping Fabrication
Location: Ogden, UT
About the Role
Our client is a process piping fabricator specializing in critical infrastructure—water, power, energy, and industrial systems at scale. They're looking for a Pipe Welder to join their fabrication shop and produce welds that meet the exacting standards required for infrastructure that people depend on.
What You'll Do
- Weld pipe using MIG welding processes, producing x-ray-quality welds that meet code-compliance standards and visual inspection requirements
- Read and work from piping drawings and specifications with precision
- Work on projects spanning stainless steel, schedule 40, and other critical materials
- Maintain safety and quality standards that reflect the stakes of the work
What You'll Bring
- MIG welding experience on pipe (required)
- Ability to consistently produce code-compliant, x-ray-quality welds
- Willingness to test at the 6G level (hardwire root, dual-shield fill and cap)
- TIG welding experience is a plus—orbital welding is not required (they'll train)

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base pay ($28+, based on experience) with performance-based adjustments
