PRODUCTION COORDINATOR  

Location: Ogden, UT  

Reports to: Director of Project Management 

Compensation: $55K - $65K

Your Role: 

As the Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the fabrication and project teams by coordinating materials, documentation, and deliverables throughout the fabrication process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with details, and wants to build a career within fabrication, construction, or manufacturing operations.  

What You’ll Do: 

• Compile, track, and communicate updates to engineering drawings throughout the fabrication process. 
• Create material takeoffs, material breakdowns, and supporting documentation to support procurement and fabrication planning. 
• Monitor progress on deliverables to help ensure fabrication schedules stay on track and client expectations are met. 
• Coordinate with fabrication and purchasing teams on the status of material shipments. 
• Maintain documentation related to material certifications, packing lists, and mill test reports. 
• Utilize various software systems and platforms, including CRM, project management, and file management tools, to track information and manage workflows. 

What You’ll Bring: 

• Two or more years of experience in a production, fabrication, or construction environment preferred. 
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 
• Interest in learning construction industry terminology, processes, and contract drawings. 
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization. 
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the confidence to make decisions independently. 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
