LEAD INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Reports to: Director of Operations
Compensation: $100 - $140K + Bonus

Your Role:
The Industrial Engineering function bridges customer requirements and shop-floor capability, arming Operations leaders with the data to drive quality and efficiency. You’ll make sure your team has what it needs to deliver, help shape the business’s long-term direction, and partner closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
What You’ll Do:
· Lead Industrial Engineering staff across two manufacturing sites
· Partner with executive leadership on reporting, root-cause analysis, and program reviews
· Support production rate readiness for legacy and new programs
· Partner with Operations on safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics, and own capital planning for the Salt Lake City site
· Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, and Six Sigma, and own layout strategy for 600,000+ sq. ft. of production space
What You’ll Bring:
· 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related field
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
· Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and data analytics/statistics
· Proven leadership experience, comfort presenting to senior leadership, and a track record of developing others
· Open to periodic travel between global sites
· Nice to have: SAP ERP, Power BI, Six Sigma Green Belt, people-management experience, new product introductions, or large-scale factory layout experience
