Senior Engineering Project Manager

Compensation: $140K - $160K+

A SENIORE ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER to make sure this never happens around here. Build collaborative relationships internally and externally, demonstrate strong project management skills, and be an advocate for and leader of our engineering team.
Requirements & Responsibilities of Senior Engineering Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in process engineering and engineering project management within a manufacturing setting.
- Exposure to consumer products or closely related industry.
- Deep understanding of front-end engineering and a proven ability to communicate structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls solutions.
- Exceptional customer interfacing skills, including outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and follow through.
- Demonstrable ability to coordinate and supervise projects to ensure quality, control costs, and timely completion.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Manage all aspects of projects from inception through execution, including the development, review, and tracking of bids, engineering scope of work, deliverables, budget, and schedule.
- Ensure value is provided to the client.
