Compensation: $110 - $130K
Travel: 70%+

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Midewest District Manager :
- 7+ years of heavy industrial experience, preferably in a field service, consulting, or construction trade environment.

- Exceptional ambition and organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Run a stand-alone division of the business encompassing sales, operations, and other business functions for multiple states.
- Build, mentor, and supervise your team in the development of the district.
- Quote, plan, and execute projects within equipment installation, mechanical maintenance, rework, and retrofit.
