Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Location: St. George, UT - Remote
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Compensation: $80K - $100K
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Strategic Sourcing Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience in a machine shop or aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable ability to identify and vet new suppliers, build strong vendor relations, and negotiate contracts.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a tenacious, self-driven approach.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and a deep understanding of ERP systems.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Establish preferred supplier selection criteria based on price, quality, delivery, and compliance.
- Monitor industry trends, analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and prepare reports as needed.
- Source and research new suppliers to support new product development.
- Negotiate vendor contracts to improve terms and prices.
- Prepare, process, and maintain order schedules, including RFQ (request for quote) placement and accurate data entry.
- Collaborate cross functionally to support relevant departments, communicating purchasing processes and any supply chain issues.
- Ensure quality, availability, and on-time delivery of materials.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Control Systems Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in circuit design and programming, including familiarity with industrial controls, processing, and/or machine building.
- Strong PLC programming ability (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), including C languages and a base understanding of Ladder Logic.
- Understanding of circuit design, power distribution (up to 480VAC), load balancing, motion controllers, and servo motors.
- Ability to read technical documentation and understand how components work together both technically and environmentally.
- Exposure to Solidworks Electrical, highly preferred.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel to customer sites 25% of the time.
- Design and engineer electrical control systems and machines based on customer specifications.
- Create and edit electrical control system schematics.
- Create a Bill-Of-Material of electrical and enclosure components.
- Document processes and engineering data.
- Work closely with service personnel to troubleshoot machines and play an active role in the continuous improvement of electromechanical system designs.

Senior Millwork & Cabinet Engineer

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Senior Millwork & Cabinet Engineer:
- 5+ years experience in millwork and cabinet drafting, design, and engineering
- Degree or certification in engineering, architecture, drafting & design, or related field highly preferred
- Outstanding proficiency in Cabinet Vision and CAD software is a must
- Ability to lead and direct team members to produce exceptional designs that continue to drive innovation and exceed our customers’ highest expectations
- Strong experience producing drawings, bills of materials, NC code generation, and other details for effective production
- Ability to create nesting programs for CNC machining to reduce waste and maximize yield, as well as produce CNC output for shop production
- Excellent communication and collaboration ability to work with shop leaders, project managers, external customers, and vendors
- High level of attention to detail with a passion for design
- Knowledge of domestic and exotic wood species
- Adept at reading and translating blueprints, drawings, and jobsite measurements
- Substantial knowledge of cabinet design, construction, and installation methods
- Drive for continual improvement in design, processes, and production methods

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Chemical Process Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field required
- Prefer 3+ years of experience as a chemist and/or chemical engineer in a laboratory setting
- Bring a strong foundation of transitioning compounds from lab creation to commercial production
- Proven ability to scale reactions and products to larger quantities for production
- Strong knowledge of chemistry processes and engineering principles
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Experience building diagrams, flowcharts, and other documents and utilizing modeling/simulation software
- Knowledge of federal regulations and a desire to support and maintain them in the work environment
- Continuous improvement mindset to improve existing processes to reduce cost and increase reliability, purity, and safety
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving to find solutions for technical challenges
- Developing synthetic plans, and designing and running test experiments for large-scale use
- Experience working with flow chemistry setup
