Compensation: $25 - $32/hr
Shift: Mon – Thurs; 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Machinist B:
-
2+ years of machinist experience – programming and setting up CNC mills and lathes
-
Experience working 2, 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC milling and turning machines
-
Solid turning and lathe experience required
-
Ability to read blueprints and use precision inspection equipment
-
Ability to set up, operate and maintain machines understanding speeds, feeds, and cut depths
-
Knowledge of metal properties – refractory metals experience is a plus!
-
Skill to perform basic offsets and operator control of CNC equipment
-
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
-
Dedication to safety and quality
-
Thrive in working with a high variety of parts

Degree in CNC Machining Technology, machinist certification, or machinist apprenticeship completion preferred, but not required

Requirements & Responsibilities of the CNC Programmer:
- 5+ years’ experience of CNC machining experience including milling, turning, and lathes
- 2+ years’ CNC programming experience
- Ensure a safe, clean, and effective work environment conducive to productivity
- Proven ability to read, edit, write and understand CNC programs and operational layouts
- Strong Mastercam experience highly preferred
- Perform pre-production and program prove-outs for new products and tooling
- Review, update, and write standard work
- Strong drive for continuous improvement in processes, product, and quality
- Solid understanding of tooling layouts, operation sheets, and blueprints
- Develop machining processes including programming, tooling, gaging, and inspection for new parts
- Collaborate with engineering and machinists to optimize processes and quality
- Team attitude with a willingness to teach and assist other operators and departments
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities & Requirements of the PROJECT MANAGER:

5-10 years of experience in construction project management and estimating

Bacherlor’s Degree in construction or related field is a plus, but not required

Experience with electrical, civil and underground utilities highly preferred

Solid foundation in reading blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare estimates

High level of attention to detail

Proven ability to successfully manage projects through full lifecycle from estimation to completion

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills at various levels both inside and outside the organization
